Recipe of the Month: Seven Fruit Salad

  • 2 cans sliced peaches (15 oz.) in juice, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz.), drained
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (20 oz.), drained
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries


  1. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, oranges, pineapple and pie filling.
  2. Add the strawberries, grapes, and blueberries; stir gently.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers.
